Merry Medieval Times!

If you're looking for something fun to do with the family, I've got you covered! My clan and I recently had the pleasure of taking a trip to Medieval Times Chicago. Three of us had never been but I knew what was in store. Just a short stint from our house, we made a day of our excursion which might I add - completely tuckered out the little ones just in time for bed. Perfect timing for a giant glass of pinot noir come 8:00pm sharp!

Shop Woodfield Mall for Mother's Day!

One of my favorite things about Mother's Day is shopping for it! It's a rare moment that I am sans children and can take my time perusing different stores without the pressure of finding a bathroom, a snack or having someone complain about walking too far. Yes folks, the struggle is real. Toddler life is HARD!

This week was a different story. I had the opportunity to spend three glorious hours all to myself and it was AMAZING. I grew up shopping at Woodfield Mall which has more stores than you could humanly visit in three hours but that's beside the point. It was uninterrupted shopping which is a gift in and of itself! I visited stores that I had never even heard og which was slightly distracting as the task at hand was: find mom a gift for Sunday. Oops!

Luxily gifting.

"Let's do beautiful work together." That's the motto of Luxily Boutique Box, a monthly subscription box filled with gorgeously curated items fit to make any female in your life special. I received my first this week and I am over the moon about how beautifully it was packaged and how unique every item was...which is different than ALL the subscription boxes out there. This one felt special. As if my bestie had hand selected each item specific to my likes and lifestyle.
