A post! I'm sorry guys...I just could.not.get.it.together yesterday. So many big deliverables due this week it was insane. BUT! Today I'm sharing a favorite casual look that my husband shot this past weekend. His idea on the destination and I l-l-l-l-ove it! 

Gimme an old theater and I'll raise with you with a whole lot of attitude! 

P/S I love tassels. And tassels on shirts! (which happen to come in three colors!)

I'm sad that I can't share the exact link to my embellished sandals because they were one of my favorite purchases this summer. They're a great way to dress up a casual look when you just can't make the effort...a la brunch in this case. I love this pair, too!

This pair is under $40 and perfectly neutral, too! I wish sandal season would never leave us. (Read: desperately hanging onto summer in Chicago)

What's your go-to brunch look? We tried out a new spot: Bryn Mawr Breakfast Club. It was delicious complete with savory benedict dishes, pancakes and excellent skillets. Highly recommended because, of course, copious amounts of coffee is always a welcome addition to any Sunday!

Spring is a time for new beginnings. And there are so many in comparison to last year’s Spring. While much of the world continues to be on the mend from such a tumultuous year, I continue to feel optimistic that better times are ahead. A year later…happier dresses, happier times. We’re seeing more vaccinations, less mask mandates, more in-person get-togethers and overall, a heck of a lot more joy. This Spring is so very different then Spring 2020 and I am grateful for that.
