I’ve spent many many years of my life feeling guilty for taking time off. 2019 is not exempt but I am a work in progress. Rewinding the clock, it’s safe to say that for the last 20 years of my career, I’ve felt bad asking for time off and even worse when I returned. Last week, I was posting a story on my IG stories and a fellow follower and dear friend of mine jokingly asked if I got a boob job. Admittedly, this made me giggle.
