What are you wearing to Lolla?
In the spirit of summer festivals, I'm showing you what to wear to Lollapalooza today. A long time veteran of this music mecca, I know firsthand just how sticky, muddy, rainy and uncomfortable festival-going can be so think "less is more." I either aim to wear dresses, like this pink crochet number, or cutoffs. And nothing that I will cry over if it gets trampled on, stained, ripped or wet. Sounds intense right? It is a bit but that doesn't mean you can't look cute while enjoying some of THE best music acts nestled under the Chicago skyline. This fest spans several acres of Chicago public parks featuring every music genre that exists. It's one of my favorite end of summer activities!
And if you're gonna do it right, go big or go home. This flower crown from Pulled Sugar completes my boho look and keeps my hair out of my face when Mother Nature decides to ratchet up the heat index. Be sure to check out this adorable accessory brand for all sorts of head accessory and jewelry. My girls gave it a "thumbs up," too. I had to pry the crown out of Lola's hands just to snap these pictures!
Are you rocking crochet this summer?
What's your favorite way to wear it?
