Red plaid.

I can't seem to kick the habit of wearing red plaid. This is the most enthusiastic I've ever been about plaid in general. Perhaps it's because the Midwest is so darn gray these days!

Recently, I was turned onto Maude from a fellow blogger and fell in love with...well, all their inventory! Especially this sweater. It's the coziest and puts a smile on my face which is worth something in the dead of winter!

It's perfect for layering and looks equally adorable with a pencil skirt might I add. Last Friday I paired it with some destroyed skinnies to give it a more casual look. Not to be confused with sloppy as I never miss an opportunity to wear these pumps! I can't tell you how long I've been wanting red, bow pumps...longggg!

If you're wondering what's also different...it's called "I made a hair appointment!" Finally, no dark roots and bangs that hit above my eyeballs. I see the light!
