J.Jill + a good cause.
Summer knits are a real thing in Chicago. So is turning your AC on during the day and your heat on in the evening. Chicago can be a real moody b*tch! (sorry mom!)
Luckily for me, a recent collaboration with J.Jill supplemented me with the perfect transitional knit which you happen to see pictured here. It's the perfect weight combining two of my favorite fashion elements: boho and beachy! Lots of boho this week!
Curious about this gorgeously neutral tote? Let me tell you the back story on it...
This month, J. Jill launches their “Compassion Connects Us All” campaign and they're working with influencers to spread the word. Their focus is to raise funds and awareness for women in need. By posting to my blog and social channels using #JJILLCOMPASSION, I am helping them give back to the community. For every photo tagged, J.Jill will donate $1 to help homeless and disadvantaged women regain their self-sufficiency via the J.Jill Compassion Fund.
The Compassion Fund Tote ($29) was created to support the fund’s core mission. 100% of the proceeds will be donated directly to community-based organizations that support women in need with programs that focus on education, job skills and transitional and affordable housing.
I love when fashion and philanthropy worlds collide!
You can snag the tote at J.Jill stores Nationwide and online at www.jjill.com
