In case you don’t live in the Midwest, it is f-f-f-f-freezing here. Dressing cute is still a priority but warmth is everything and while I never thought I would be a pullover girl, I can tell you I have officially converted this week! And the best news of all is that the one I am wearing is a mere $20! You cannot beat that!

We got our dose of snow and we survived but that doesn’t mean that chili wasn’t on the docket since Friday morning. Believe it or not, this is my first batch of the winter. With a stronger sense of self, my tolerance and my priorities…I was able to brush off the things that take up precious headspace and I look forward to more of that in 2019. Getting old can be liberating!
