Everyday.

I want to thank each of you for sending positive vibes and prayers after reading yesterday's post. Yesterday was extremely difficult and today proves to be a continuation but I am in search of the small signs from our dog, Lucy. She is resting in heaven with all of our favorite loved ones and her suffering is no longer...which is ultimately the most important thing. 

Still, I miss her greatly. The things that used to frustrate me...I now crave. It's funny how that works. Yet another reminder to never take anything for granted. 

On a sartorial note, the basics were about all I could muster up this week. And sometimes that just works. That and hoping for more trench weather. Am I right?

And in case you're wondering about my bag turned clutch...yes, you need this. I use it for work, kids and play. Larger than life clutches just work for this working girl.

These coral pumps tho. They were such a style steal and I've had them for years. Proof that hanging onto your favorites pays off. Because even on the gloomiest of days, color makes everything better.
