Sunday's Made Simple: The Best Fu*#$ng Chicken Sandwich
Sorry for the profanity folks but that's the name of the recipe. I kid you not.
When my husband told me about this recipe I felt that sure...it's probably going to be a good sandwich. In all actuality: it's the best Fu*#$ng sandwich I've ever bit into. This is very serious...no joking.
It's super easy...grill the marinated chicken breasts, toast the buns, add mucho condiments, crunch the potato chips and adorn said sandwich...bite + enjoy. Wait. Scratch that. Relish and chew slowly! It's the caviar of Sunday sammies. Trust me. We ate it AGAIN this past Sunday!

Directions:
Meat
- 6 slices Bacon, thick-cut
- 4 Chicken breast, boneless skinless halves
Produce
- 1/4 Avocado, diced (about 1/3 cup), small
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, fresh
- 1 cup Iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 Jalapeno, roughly chopped (about 2 tablespoons), large
- 1 thick Four (1/4-inch-thick) slices Tomato
Condiments
- 1 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
Baking & Spices
- 1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
- 1/3 cup Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup Sugar
Oils & Vinegars
- 5 tbsp Vegetable oil
Bread & Baked Goods
- 4 Sesame burger buns, soft white
Snacks
- 1 cup Ruffled potato chips
Liquids
- 2 1/8 qt Water
