Sundays Made Simple: Homemade Apple Chips
Today I am sharing a super simple recipe that you can whip up in minutes. I stumbled upon it by accident and within an hour we had a healthy recipe that was equally delicious. It's perfectly Fall with something to satisfy your sweet tooth which I am currently battling. <thank you Halloween...cough, cough>

INGREDIENTS:
2 apples
Non-stick spray
1 teaspoon cinnamon
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F/180˚C.
2. Cut apples into ⅛-inch to ¼-inch slices.
3. Arrange slices on a baking sheet.
4. Spray apples with nonstick spray or brush with oil.
5. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
7. Let cool.
8. Enjoy!

This dip could not be easier to whip up. A total of 10 minutes prep time and a little refrigerator action is all you need. I made it for the first time yesterday and it was a crowd pleaser.

In an attempt to eat "healthier" this past Super Bowl Sunday, I found a recipe in, none other, but Blissful Basil's newest cookbook for a fresh take on sliders. The recipe does not exist online but I found a similar version to share with you today.

My husband purchased a new grill last month and it finally arrived over the weekend. First up on his list was to smoke a turkey breast. It was amazing but that's a post for a different day. I was charged with the sides which is truly my favorite chore of any meal.

When my husband told me about this recipe I felt that sure...it's probably going to be a good sandwich. In all actuality: it's the best Fu*#$ng sandwich I've ever bit into.

After an overwhelming response to this Instagram post; it was only fitting that I share how I learned to poach the perfect egg. There's no real huge trick except for using vinegar (NO SALT) and creating a whirlpool with your spoon. I perfected this technique over the last seven years and it's a no fail. It does take practice though!
