I've been craving a good pair of flattering cargos for what seems like an eternity. And I finally found them at Evereve. I have NEVER shopped there but was pleasantly surprised. This pair is from Blank which I happen to love and have several of their styles in my closet. They fit well, forgive in the right places and are not at all baggy or unflattering like in the old days! Even cuter with heels for a night out on the town!

My tank is the equivalent to pajamas. I prefer it tucked in but it definitely has length and the right amount of slouch. I've had these two items on repeat since last month. Finally, don't forget the perfect clutch which always happens to be Hammit for me! Their utilitarian clutches turned crossbody bags are a must and I have several so I speak from experience. 

This is the perfect transition into Fall which I am officially ready to embrace. How about you?

While much of the world continues to be on the mend from such a tumultuous year, I continue to feel optimistic that better times are ahead. A year later…happier dresses, happier times. We’re seeing more vaccinations, less mask mandates, more in-person get-togethers and overall, a heck of a lot more joy. This Spring is so very different then Spring 2020 and I am grateful for that.

…and just to prove how extra I can be, I paired this ensemble with a houndstooth tote. A bit much? Perhaps. My coat is on super sale so grab it now! I’ve been wanting one for years and this oversized version fit the bill. It’s all about the details. The ruched sleeves, the oversized lapel and the large-scale pattern. I will never tire of houndstooth. This is a print for all generations.
