It's hard to beat a little white dress for summer. It's cool, feminine and crisp even on the days when you feel like you're melting. Melting is in full effect in these parts but I'm not mad at it because that means double the popsicles!

I am loving the Who What Wear collection at Target this summer. This is the second dress I've purchased and I am ultra happy with the quality. It's affordable, washes well and so completely versatile depending on the accessories you pair with it. People often look surprised when I tell them where I found it. Target does it again!

Gearing up for single mom status this week as my husband prepares for his 40th Birthday Dude Trip. I can't decide whether or not I want to jam every day with activities or just breathe. Probably a hybrid of the two. Stay cool whatever you're doing and shop my exact look below. Cheers!

While much of the world continues to be on the mend from such a tumultuous year, I continue to feel optimistic that better times are ahead. A year later…happier dresses, happier times. We’re seeing more vaccinations, less mask mandates, more in-person get-togethers and overall, a heck of a lot more joy. This Spring is so very different then Spring 2020 and I am grateful for that.

…and just to prove how extra I can be, I paired this ensemble with a houndstooth tote. A bit much? Perhaps. My coat is on super sale so grab it now! I’ve been wanting one for years and this oversized version fit the bill. It’s all about the details. The ruched sleeves, the oversized lapel and the large-scale pattern. I will never tire of houndstooth. This is a print for all generations.
