Spring Break is upon us. I know it’s January but the countdown is on and while our vacations tend to be a bit more urban, we will be hitting warm temps here shortly.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve shied away from two-piece suits because I wanted to feel good, move and quite honestly, the one-piece swimsuit game is killing it. So many great, chic options no matter what age you are. As an active momma, my main objective is to keep my suit on but also to feel good! We all want that, right? Especially after all the time we put in to staying physical and eating well.

We inherited my parents French, dining room table when we bought the house and it’s one of my favorite pieces. The natural wood and curvature fit perfectly into our formal dining room despite being over 20 years old. They don’t make furniture like this any longer. Along with it, we inherited the formal dining chairs which we repaired and reupholstered as well.

Quickie post today as I spent the weekend literally spending all my money on May holidays and birthdays. May is pure insanity for us every year. It’s the fastest month that usually leaves me feel like I have whiplash come June 1.
