Zen is a State of Mind.
What’s your typical state of mind? Is it stress? Is it calm? Is it busy? Is it bliss? Or, if you are like me, it could be a combination of all of the above taking place in a span of 24 hours. That’s more like motherhood, right?
For me, a good scent evokes calm at the end of a stressful day. Calm is so often associated with nature, too. Think citrus, bamboo or orchid. In fact, I’ll do you one better. Think Febreze ONE.
Every house transitions from pleasant odors to not-so-pleasant odors. It’s part of having kids, pets...a life! Our family has fallen in love with the Febreze ONE scents overnight. It provides odor control with no aerosols, dyes or heavy perfumes, Febreze ONE fabric and air mist provides a simpler, lighter, fresher way to clear the air, and allows you to love the air you are in, bringing you to a #ONEStateofMind. The best part of all? It’s refillable!
Tis true, quiet time is few and far between but one thing all four of us can agree on is a clean, fresh scent...especially after the smell of morning bacon parties, coffee or the occasional BBQ smoker invasion. And those are just the scents I am willing to disclose (wink, wink).
As illustrated above, this is the calmest 15 minutes I am afforded on an average Sunday. Whatever brings you peace and calm...hit repeat x 100!
Now I have a question for you, friends!
How many of you struggle with fresh home scents and finding your daily zen? Are you struggling with candles or other aerosol scents not passing muster? Too sweet, too perfumey and strong, too musk-y? Me, too!
I want to hear from the skeptics (those who often don’t use air fresheners because the strong, overpowering scents and sprays.) Leave a comment below for a chance to try out a free bottle of Febreze ONE. Two random winners will be announced Sunday, 5/20/18. Must live in U.S.A.

When you have chronic pain, it feels like you're having chronic conversations about it, too. It's a joy-sucking, time-sucking event that can drain you mentally and physically.
