Girls, this post has been a long time coming. I’ve been peeling some layers back on Instagram. If you’re new to these parts, follow me here and you’ll know what I am talking about.

I’ve been dealing with IBS + IBD for years. You could say I’m an expert at dressing for the occasion because my body changes so drastically from day to day. This chronic disorder has plagued me for much of my adult life. I’ve heard from so many of you with similar issues ranging from SIBO to Crohn’s to Celiac to Ulcerative Colitis and we all share the same problem…banishing the bloat!

Today I am sharing with you six looks that I commonly fall back on when the bloat is beyond control. I refuse to sacrifice style.
