Standby.

Did you know it's summer again in Chicago? Yup. 78 degrees. Not that I am complaining but it really spins my fashion mojo out of control. Just when I slip on my plaid coat, we get pink skies and sunshine. 

That's when you need the ol' standby to get you through the days when your fashion brain is stumped. This is my standby.

I bought this skirt last season and it was paid off in approximately 2.5 months. This one is cute, too. Even on a warmer day, I never suffer because it's short enough that I get a little breeze...know what I'm sayin?

Last year I bought a neutral, pink satchel, too. That paid for itself in about a month. Don't you love when that happens? Naturally, I had to add her sister to the collection because I'm sure one day she will resign to purse heaven to rest with her friends.

I'm always thinking ahead if you haven't noticed.
