When I first put this top on, my husband said I looked somewhat like a pirate. Yes, I was totally flattered. And honestly, I kinda get that the sleeves evoke pirate vibes but the more I rotated this top into my wardrobe...the more I love it. I am a sucker for white tops. You can never have enough!

I found this skirt for a steal on Amazon. I love the bow detail. Black and white has been my jam for a couple of months now. It's also mini skirt season so pair it with a denim button down, with sneakers, with a rocker tee...so many options. 

I'm all about mix-n-match pieces that will transition me through seasons. What's your go?

While much of the world continues to be on the mend from such a tumultuous year, I continue to feel optimistic that better times are ahead. A year later…happier dresses, happier times. We’re seeing more vaccinations, less mask mandates, more in-person get-togethers and overall, a heck of a lot more joy. This Spring is so very different then Spring 2020 and I am grateful for that.

I’ve been wanting one for years and this oversized version fit the bill. It’s all about the details. The ruched sleeves, the oversized lapel and the large-scale pattern.
