Popping in to say hello after an extremely busy weekend! And...Olivia scouted another great wall after coding class Sunday ONLY this time we had a cameo appearance by none other than the fabulous Miss Lola. Blogger pose ad all! Someone was feeling left out!

Yesterday was so incredibly busy, I was sorry to miss out on the blogosphere but I do hope this cheery post more than makes up for it. 

I've been wearing these little white booties with everything. White booties are the new black booties. They are really affordable, too as part of the Kristin Cavallari line from Chinese Laundry. I've linked the exact pair below. Hands down my most comfortable pair of boots. It's official!

The Leith sweater was on sale from Nordy's and the perfect shade of crimson for a wintry day. Under $100, too. I love the balloon sleeves. Something fun for a change.

How are you? Busy week ahead? A show of hands for who's planning out their Spring Break vaca! We really need to plan something...even a staycation would be ideal. The to-do list gets longer...

While much of the world continues to be on the mend from such a tumultuous year, I continue to feel optimistic that better times are ahead. A year later…happier dresses, happier times. We’re seeing more vaccinations, less mask mandates, more in-person get-togethers and overall, a heck of a lot more joy. This Spring is so very different then Spring 2020 and I am grateful for that.

…and just to prove how extra I can be, I paired this ensemble with a houndstooth tote. A bit much? Perhaps. My coat is on super sale so grab it now! I’ve been wanting one for years and this oversized version fit the bill. It’s all about the details. The ruched sleeves, the oversized lapel and the large-scale pattern.
