Another Monday. Another chance to create something good, right?! 

Well, Olivia and I certainly kicked it off on the right foot considering we found this Cheshire Cat wall in the city. My pictures are not traditionally technicolor but when you see a good wall...you just gotta. Olivia asked me to shoot a few boomerangs of her, too which I happily obliged and indulged her inner spirit. I love that she loves color! 

My outfit is really quite simple. Nothing special but it most definitely beats the winter blues! Girlfriend jeans were made for Sundays. My neon sweater is an oldie but a goodie from H&M - probably about five years ago! I've linked a similar version below that they have on the website currently. Tempting to scoop up another but alas...Christmas is over, Johanna. I even found my gold sneaks but in rose gold which is the new and improved version. Jealous of whoever scoops those up! The only item that is brand, spanking new is my Bauble Bar earrings. Aren't they fab? This was a happy discovery when paired with my sweater!

While much of the world continues to be on the mend from such a tumultuous year, I continue to feel optimistic that better times are ahead. A year later…happier dresses, happier times. We’re seeing more vaccinations, less mask mandates, more in-person get-togethers and overall, a heck of a lot more joy. This Spring is so very different then Spring 2020 and I am grateful for that.

…and just to prove how extra I can be, I paired this ensemble with a houndstooth tote. A bit much? Perhaps. My coat is on super sale so grab it now! I’ve been wanting one for years and this oversized version fit the bill. It’s all about the details. The ruched sleeves, the oversized lapel and the large-scale pattern.
