Father's Day Shopping with Woodfield Mall!

I've partnered with Woodfield Mall again but this time the focus has slightly shifted...we're talking all things DAD! Yes...even dear old dad deserves a day to himself. <don't we all?> The girls and I headed out last weekend to get our shop on and shopping we did, indeed, accomplish. Might I add that we took several 100 breaks for various reasons ranging from the bathroom to snacks to toy stores and beyond BUT we completed our mission.

Note to self: Train daughters to build some shopping stamina!

Woodfield is a mall that I grew up with. I love it because there are SO many stores to choose from. You can cover all your shopping needs in one trip which is essential for the mom-on-the-go! 

We had a short list of dad-centric stores to hit up including Armani Exchange, Bose, Columbia Sportswear, The Art of Shaving, Timberland and Tommy Bahama. Just a short list! <wink, wink> And as you can see, we stopped at Art of Shaving first! Their travel kits are a must and such a luxurious treat when Daddio is away on business and missing the comforts of home.

Next up: Tommy Bahama. This iconic store is a favorite of Papa. Luckily he doesn't own a Facebook account or email much so I can confidently tell you that we picked up his favorite button downs and a few other treats. Plus...we just like how the store smells. Let's be honest.

We also like pink walls which have nothing to do with Father's Day but what did you expect from this crew? Have pink walls = will take picture. It's a household mantra.

Our third stop was Armani Exchange because Dad's a little rough around the edges with his summer wardrobe. Ahem. Are those shorts from 8 years ago? Yikes! I empowered the girls to pick patterns and colors that they wanted to see Dad in. This should be a fun opening sesh! 

After hours of perusing and well...eating...we finished up with a group selfie. My girls were troopers and what's even more, they had some skin in the game because they selected the gifts this year which was even more fun!
