The new mom uniform: a swimsuit and cutoff.

Johanna sitting by an in ground pool wearing a color block swimsuit, straw hat, and she's next to a glass of wine.

It all started with quarantine. My uniform shifted because my meetings grew to be more virtual than ever so I started dressing like a news anchor. You got that right. Business on the top, party on the bottom. Sweats became a staple. Well, that bled into soon-to-be Phase IV of our re-entry and wouldn’t you know it, it’s officially summer. Nowadays I crave lightweight sundresses, palazzo pants and cutoffs. When it comes to the weekend, I live in bathing suits to get my kids outside. Hence, my new mom uniform is a swimsuit and cutoffs. Unofficially, official.

Good news, I have your summer suit resource. I’ve kicked off a new partnership with Pink Pineapple Love and the suits couldn’t get any better. The prices are amazing, the quality is on par with designer suits and the options range from colorful one -pieces to sexy two-pieces to gorgeous, crochet coverups. My wish list is long and yours will be, too after viewing this blog post.

A striped one piece swimsuit

The Piper Stripe: Reminds me of the iconic J.Crew suit from two years ago. Full coverage and I love the button detail.

A leopard one piece swimsuit

The Harper Leopard: Can you ever have enough leopard? I love the square bust line, too!

A cut out black floral swimsuit

The Carousel Halter: I am not a huge floral fan but dark florals are a different story. The cut-outs offer up the feel of a bikini but with more coverage.

A strappy leopard one piece swimsuit

The Charlotte: I love this suit for so many reasons. It’s figure flattering, hello leopard again and the deep V holds the girls in while giving my pasty skin a bit more sun exposure.

A color block one shoulder one piece swimsuit

The Lilian Colorblocked: I cannot wait for this suit to arrive. The colors are as preppy as I go and it’s perfect for running around after the kids.

A belted, red and white polka dot one piece swimsuit

The Hannah: Everyone needs a polka dot suit for the summer. Iconic. The belt cinching is such a big trend in swimsuits this year and is truly the most slimming accessory.

An aztec printed bikini

The Tamara: Details! I love the hip straps, the tribal pattern and the sexy bikini top. Save this for your anniversary trip!

A black and white gingham bikini

The Palmer: Gidget anyone? You can never go wrong with gingham or B&W. Comes in red, too!

An orange floral high waisted bikini

The Tanya: I never met a high waist I didn’t love. The orange is refreshing and oh-so-flattering with a tan.

A crisp white swimsuit cover up

The Posey: This is going in the cart. Throw on cut offs and you are good to go. A crisp, white coverup is always in style.

A white crochet detailed swimsuit coverup

The Cassie: I think this would look so cute with a pair of Birks. Also nice to see a shorter coverup. The crochet detailing is top notch.

A white fringe swimsuit coverup

The Trina: This coverup screams Mexico to me. I am all about that fringe. Easy breezy.

A sheer black and white print swimsuit coverup

The Trina: Perfect coverup for the Amalfi Coast. Hints of Versace, it’s a nice refresh on the classic, white coverups you see. I love this paired with a solid, black one-piece.
