I like a little drama in life. Not the people kind of drama but I like a little drama when it comes to dressing up. Enter this dress. Can you believe it is $15? Maybe you can but I think the sleeves make it look way more chic than the actual price tag. 

Over the years, I have found that I need different LBDs for different reasons. Some are for meetings, some are for funerals and some are for date night. And my rule of thumb is that date night always includes a pop of pizzazz which generally takes shape by way of accessories. For this dress, the drama is pretty strong so I opted for a classic stiletto silhouette in a bright color. A conversation piece if you will.

I was feeling the part thanks to my new, super straight lob. It was pretty while it lasted. As I type this I have my hair in a ponytail and I am back in workout clothes. Oh the life!

A year later…happier dresses, happier times. We’re seeing more vaccinations, less mask mandates, more in-person get-togethers and overall, a heck of a lot more joy. This Spring is so very different then Spring 2020 and I am grateful for that.
