Blonde that's not so basic.
I’ve been coloring my hair since I was out of the womb…or so it seems. Many many moons ago I had dirty, dishwater blonde hair. My colorist has confirmed but that was then and this is now. While yes, I have had some hair disasters. read: green hair! For the most part we’ve been happy and healthy due to the amazing talent I’ve invested a LOT of money in over the years.
Tis true: being blonde ain’t easy or cheap. But, you knew that, right?
Whelp, I am fresh off a new color visit which got me thinking, I have NEVER shared the products I use on a day to day basis and I’ve been at this for…oh, I don’t know…10 years? So let’s cut to it!
Know this first - I have budget products and expensive products woven into my beauty arsenal. I don’t believe in all luxury everything so take a glimpse below and get a sneak peek of my weekly ride or die products that help me maintain this ashy blonde. Also of note, I only use purple products 2x’s a week to balance the tone.

Do blondes really have more fun?
Maintaining this ashe-y blonde hue is an absolutely commitment. If you’re going to pursue this shade of blonde, you have to know what you’re signing up for. It’s been several years and lotsa dollars for me but I absolutely love it.
