Summer shopping favorites.
This summer has gifted us with beautiful weather for which I am eternally grateful. Given the amount of time we have spent at home, semi-socializing; it’s been a godsend to have a backyard to enjoy along with quiet beaches and parks. And the occasional patio date nights have given me all the more reason to dress up and get out of cut offs. Speaking of which…if you’re anything like me, you’ve spent the last four months eyeing amazing online deals from fashion to home so I thought I would share the things I purchased in July that I truly loved.
One of which has nothing to do with fashion!
Let’s start with Amazon faves:
Did I mention we’ve been spending a lot of time outside? That egg chair is hands down my favorite purchase. I am obsessed. You can find me here in the mornings with coffee and in the evenings with wine. It’s like a hanging couch and usually one of us is fighting over it but the alternative is buying a third and that is just awkward to have a yard filled with egg chairs. Pretty sure that would not win a design award!
Second favorite purchase is a tie. I am obsessed with that four pack of belts. Most versatile fashion accessory of the summer because I am constantly belting dresses and they are one size fits all. I am wearing one in the above picture. The tie breaker also happens to be those pink disposable plates. While entertaining family and a few close friends, these plates gussy up the table and cut back on dish work. That’s a win in my books.
Next up, H&M faves:
Their summer deals cannot be beat and I sold so much in my summer closet sales. Eternally grateful for that plus we gave back to the community with a portion of all sales. I took this opportunity to stock up on staples which, for me, most definitely includes easy breezy dresses. Some of which I purchased in two colors. The $49 maxi dress in mustard is even better in person! And I am wearing the black, ribbed version in the pictures above.
I haven’t done a lot of Old Navy shopping in years but I did scoop up better fitting masks for the girls for the return of the school year and a pack of 10 for us.
I was also gifted some gorgeous pieces J.Jing, too. Here are my summer faves:
Surprise, I have some Walmart faves:
I am on a mission to make my backyard a sanctuary so that we spend more time enjoying it. That’s a slow roll out BUT I have done a lot of entertaining this summer. I realize this is a bit of a mish-mosh of products because I included my ever popular house shoes, some workout clothes and a pair of jean shorts I live in but…welcome to my life. Organized chaos! BTWs, Walmart’s home decor section is bananas. The site now brings in all sorts of designers from Scoop to Steve Madden to the Pioneer Woman to Better Homes. I highly recommend you give it a second glance.
Quick Target share, too. Best tie-dye tees and bike shorts around and I have tried on a LOT. Also these cut-offs have amazing stretch. I wash them and then throw them on immediately after.
Finally, the most requested item of the summer:
And yes, I drink the whole thing and you can feel the difference in your body when you actually hydrate! I bought the 64 oz versions for my girls and they are drinking more water, too.
Phew…that’s a lot of links but enjoy. A giant summary was in order due to all the inquiries I receive so it just made sense to share the love. Happy weekend!
I’m not quite ready for resort wear so indulge me as I round up my favorite Revolve pieces for February. I’ve gotten several requests through my DMs on Instagram for Revolve over the last few months. I never knew I had so many closet Revolve shoppers.
