My fitness journey is a long one with some starts and stops along the way but now...I couldn't imagine life without it. Working out is that one moment every day where I get to materialize my thoughts, find some inner calm and get my endorphins going. Without it I am often crabby and antsy. Almost like a case of too much caffeine. Ironic how that works.
