Nearly a decade.

My agency is moving towards it’s 10th anniversary. (@oakstsocial) I’ve been waking up frequently wondering, “how did I/we get here?” Tbh, it’s a bit of a blur.

I’ve had many seasons where I was motivated by money. It’s always in the back of my mind. But if you wanna know the secret sauce…it’s really the people I am privileged to work with. We work/hire/collaborate/consult/create with some damn good humans. Like all of them and being around them inspires me to do better. Try harder. Learn new things. Get uncomfortable. Think differently.

Happiness is who you surround yourself with and if you’re a lucky girl like me, you get to work with them, too. Practicing gratitude today and everyday. Thank you, team, for putting a smile on my face on even the coldest of days. 🤍
