Polka dot party.

I am in the best mood ever. The sun is shining again and I've retired my sweaters. What more do you need? Did I mention how good it feels to leave the house in bare legs? Reaalllll good.
I've been searching for a polka dot blouse for what seems like months. Good thing there are a lot of options out there. Typically I would pair brights with my B&W ensembles however I am trying something new...neutrals. Down to the lipstick, people! I'm not sure a nude lip works for me. I feel washed out.
Do any of you have tips for rocking a nude lip? More blush? Heavier eye makeup? Do tell!
