Well here it is...my ode to NEON. And I plan to incorporate this sort of "pop" into my Spring/Summer wardrobe, too. After all, it's not that hard. NEON is everywhere! And if a full ensemble leaves you trembling...take a baby step and start with a statement piece. I promise it's addicting. And all inspired by this lovely piece of art!
