Budget Babe: 10 under $50

You can tell the temps have reached summer caliber when my shopping list is 50% dresses. It's my go-to wardrobe staple for summer. And from what I can tell...this summer is going to be a sticky one. What's easier than accessorizing dresses? A great pair of shoes? A fab statement necklace? Oh and don't forget the clutch! I wish the rest of the year was as easy to coordinate in closet terms.
