A "peek" at Bucktown's newest boutique!
Bucktown's little nuggets just got a whole lot more chic thanks to Peek...the newly launched West Coast boutique to hit the neighborhood. Think of adult fashion only in pint sizes. Yes, I'm talking embroidered tunics, graphic tees, camo pants and emerald New Balance sneakers. I had to practice restraint as Olivia happens to turn "3" this week. (like I left empty-handed; who you kiddin'?)
I had the pleasure of co-hosting their launch party with Kelly of Red Tricycle and Kara of Magnificent Milestones. Two moms I completely respect alongside Tina Canales, the CEO and Founder of Peek! It was such a down-to-earth group that freely indulged and shared stories of their own kids...specifically toddlerhood!
I walked away with a pair of frayed jean shorts, two graphic tees: here and here, running shorts and an adorable overlay sweatshirt for Livie. I know she will be ridic in them.

Cocktails (both adult and non) were mixed up by Femme du Coupe and the mini appetizers were outstanding. Not shockingly a signature of the ever popular Boutique Bites. Think mini Chicago dogs, sliders, pomme frites and cookie sandwiches. I assume that since everything was so tiny that they were lacking the normal caloric intake which is why I ate my weight in sliders. Anyhoo...
