The Money Pit Series: It's backkkkkk!

It's true. We are ready to tackle our next project and it's a big one. {check out previous Money Pit Series posts here} It took us practically an entire year to save up but we know it's going to be well worth it. Here's our punch list:

Demo & re-do our powder room. We last left off here...it needs the works!
Update the dining room: chandelier, upholster chairs, wainscoting, wall color, drapes
Paint the entry way and hall way
Paint the trim on the remainder of first floor
Update upstairs hallway hanging fixtures
Install long awaited kitchen back splash
Fence the backyard
