The Money Pit Series: redo my powder room!

Next up: renovate the downstairs powder room! It's been gnawing at me for quite some time and if you remember our 2012 renovation project - we had to take a breather from both the dust and the cost of said project. But, 2013, here we are and ready to turn our lives upside down again. And since it's the smallest bathroom in the house; we're thinking the turn around time might not be so bad.

Obviously I am inspired by the above powder room big time because the size really speaks to our current situation. Below are a couple more images that have me thinking.
