Tacos por siempre!

There are two things I love about Cinco de Mayo: tacos and the excuse to wear really bright colors. Could there be a better holiday? {ok, maybe Halloween} Oh' and margaritas aren't too bad either.

What are your plans for this festive occasion? Me...I'm thinking of whipping up some fish tacos for dins. Fiesta!
