Cake walk.

One resolution I see over and over again across the blogosphere is to try new things in 2011. And you know what? I can get behind that. With that said, I am going to dive into the proverbial "cake batter" and take a solid month's worth of Wilton Basic Cake Decorating Classes courtesy the husband. The kit and gift card have been sitting on my filing cabinet for months and it's high time I use it. I am excited for this solo project but truth be told, a little nervous, too. It's been so long since I took a class but I am sure they'll want to start a new Ace of Cakes series about me here in Chicago so you know...I should probably sharpen up my...erm...frosting knife.
