All natural cupcakes. Hooray!

I was recently gifted a humongous box of mixes ranging from scones to cupcakes to even dog treats courtesy Iveta Gourmet. The cool think about it? The mixes are all natural! I decided to test one on Saturday and opted for the Chocolate Coconut cupcakes. So easy to make and so dang good. Cream cheese frosting and moist cake even after 2 days of refrigerator time. 4 our of 4 spatulas to this budding kitchen diva!
