White bean and tuna salad. This is definitely a recipe worth sharing from Martha's Everyday Food, May 2010 edition. I looked for the recipe online and it was nowhere to be found which makes me think it hasn't posted online yet. {it may be hard to read so if you're interested in getting a better version, pick it up at the grocery store or email me and I will send you a typed copy} What's great about this recipe is that it truly takes under 30 minutes to make and is uber filling. Hurrah for lentils!
