Have your cake and eat it, too...

I made a cake on Tuesday for a friend of mine. It's a yellow cake with cream cheese, cool whip frosting and the obvious, cherries. And while this hinders my efforts to not pack on holiday lbs. - I must say it's the best cake in America. She only took a 1/4 of it home so I am forced to eat a piece for breakfast everyday until it's gone. Woe is me....
